Tax benefits will not be canceled from July 1

Yaroslav Zhelezniak, the first deputy chairman of the tax and financial committee of the Council, said that there are no plans to cancel tax benefits after July 1.
 
That is, tax benefits introduced after the start of a full-scale war remain:
 

• entrepreneurs and FOP III group can work at a single tax rate of 2%;
• FPOs of groups I and II may not pay a single tax;
• conducting documentary checks of the business is suspended;
• there will be no fines for: violation of tax legislation; for violation of the correctness of accrual, calculation and payment of ECS; for violation of the procedure for using settlement transaction recorders/software settlement transaction recorders;
• The work of PRRO in offline mode is not prohibited.

Abolition of a number of introduced tax benefits was one of the promises of the Ukrainian authorities to continue cooperation with the IMF. The cancellation of benefits and the resumption of inspections and fines have been postponed to later periods.
