Tax benefits will be canceled

The Verkhovna Rada supported the first reading of the draft law, which cancels most of the business benefits introduced after the start of the full-scale war.

In particular, the draft law:
 

• abolishes the possibility for sole proprietorships and legal entities to work at a rate of 2% of the amount of income;
• cancells the possibility for FOP payers of the single tax of groups I and II not to pay the single tax;
• resumes document checks;
• reinstates the application of fines for violation of tax legislation, for incorrect accruals, calculations and payment of VAT; for violation of the procedure for using the PRO/PRRO.

 
The bill does not introduce new taxes, but restores them to pre-war levels.
