Tax benefits no longer apply

From August 1, the tax rates that were effective before the start of the full-scale war are being returned. According to Opendatabot, as of July, there were a total of almost 55,000 businesses on preferential taxation. Now companies and FOPs will be transferred automatically to the group and rate from which they moved by 2%.
 
In addition, tax audits are partially returned. From August 1, tax officials will be able to inspect businesses operating in the areas of production and/or sale of excise goods, gambling, financial and payment services.
 
And since October 1, fines for work without issuing a fiscal receipt will also be returned.
