Next year, Ukrainians will give the state even more earned funds. First of all, due to the increase in the minimum wage from UAH 6,000 to UAH 6,500. For instance, the EUV will be increased by UAH 110 — from UAH 1,320 to UAH 1,420.

The property tax, which is also tied to the minimum, will also be increased by 21% next year. Tax rate for each “extra” square meter is 90 hryvnias (over 60 sq. m for apartments and over 120 sq. m for houses).

In addition, in mid-July, deputies plan to adopt the so-called “resource” bill in the second reading, which will increase a number of taxes for ordinary Ukrainians. In particular, the minimum tax liability for land owners (from 0.5 ha) will be introduced.
