A fifth of enterprises have stopped since the beginning of the year, business sentiment is deteriorating

Business indicates the stagnation of business conditions. The indicator of the Ukrainian Business Index remains at a low level (35 out of 100), which indicates that business does not see prospects for improving the economic situation and business environment in the coming months.
 

The lack of financial resources in the country hinders business recovery the most, namely customer insolvency (47%), unavailability of credit funds and equity, etc.
 

Also, 43% of entrepreneurs point to the unpredictability of the state’s actions, which can worsen the situation for business. Risks and problems related to the tax and customs systems have increased significantly.
 

In particular, 44% of enterprises faced the problem of blocking tax invoices. This figure is down slightly from the previous phase of the survey in April (48%), but continues to significantly outweigh other concerns)
